Magali Servais is counsel at HVDB. She obtained her Master in Law with honors from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) in 2011 and continued her training with a Master in Intellectual Property Rights at the Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussels (HUB), which she also completed with honors.

She was admitted as an attorney with the Brussels Bar in 2011 and, besides commercial law, she specializes in Intellectual property law.

The major part of her activity is dedicated to the handling of Supreme Court cases. To this extend, she successfully participated to the Supreme Court Bar training (cycle 2015-2019) and obtained the Certificate of aptitude in Supreme Court Proceedings at the end of the cycle in October 2019.

French native speaker, she speaks fluent English and has a very good knowledge of Dutch.
